We invite you to explore our case study on developing a self-service portal for the financial service provider – Orion Securities. Learn more about our client’s needs and how we brought the project to life.
Orion Securities is an investment bank providing a full range of investment services, including intermediation in financial markets, investment banking, private banking & wealth management, securities services, and fund depositary. Orion Securities serves high-net-worth individuals, corporate customers and asset managers. They do operate under a Full Scope EU Investment Firm License issued by the Bank of Lithuania.
However, their existing self-service platform involved many manual processes, leading to delays and inefficiencies. Looking for a technology partner with expertise in self-service platforms, Orion Securities selected Baltic Amadeus for their technical capabilities and experience.
Implementing a new self-service was the aim of the Orion Securities project. Prioritising security, performance, availability, and scalability, we made a collective decision to use the CMS system for building the self-service portal. We built the infrastructure for the new self-service portal in the public cloud. This allows flexibility for any future changes in the client’s deployment strategy.
Lastly, our team presented an uplifted user interface that aligns with Orion Securities’ brand aesthetics and customer preferences. The new UI delivered an intuitive, engaging design for a user-centric customer experience.
The new self-service portal meets international security standards, with fortified infrastructure ensuring data protection and resilience against cyber threats. It provides full flexibility for deployment strategies and independent operation.
The new self-service portal enables Orion Securities to streamline tasks, run campaigns, share updates, and leverage the platform for marketing. The upgraded design enhances usability and accessibility, improving customer experience, fostering loyalty, and attracting new clients.
