Participation Requirements

To spin the wheel, participants must submit their contact information via the official form on the landing page.

Consent to Marketing

By submitting their contact details, participants consent to receive marketing communications and promotional materials from Baltic Amadeus. Personal data collected during the campaign will be processed in accordance with Baltic Amadeus’ Privacy Policy. The information of the participants will be used to administer the game and send marketing communications, unless stated otherwise.

Instant Prizes

Participants who land on T-shirt, Hoodie, Tote Bag, Peanut Butter & Jelly or Mints will receive their prize immediately at the event location.

Service Prizes

If the participant lands on the Junior Developer option, they will be entered into a draw to win one of these services. The final winners will be selected at random after the PUG conference. Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided.

Prize Substitution

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Baltic Amadeus reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item or service of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners of the Junior Developer will be randomly selected and contacted via email after the PUG conference. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

Liability

Baltic Amadeus is not responsible for technical issues, incomplete entries or any errors that may affect participation. By entering, participants agree to release and hold Baltic Amadeus harmless from any liability related to the campaign.

Right to Cancel or Modify

Baltic Amadeus reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion at any time if circumstances arise that are beyond reasonable control or compromise the integrity of the campaign.
