What is the NIS2 Directive?
A new EU-wide cybersecurity directive that raises the bar for risk management, incident reporting, and overall resilience, replacing the original NIS Directive to better protect critical services and supply chains.
When does the NIS2 Directive take effect?
The NIS2 Directive was included in the national law on 17 October 2024 in Lithuania. Latvia and Estonia are currently preparing national legislation to align with this deadline.
