Completely renewed mobile app for better user experience

After complete renewal of mobile app, communication between telecommunication services provider and their users became much easier.

One of the biggest telecommunication companies in Lithuania – Telia has already had a mobile app “Mano Ežys” to perform the functions of prepaid subscription program Ežys. However, an application has had only a basic functionality and has not been able to operate as convenient tool for informing and serving the customers.

Solution

While upgrading an app, all the necessary functions were moved as well as new functions connected to Ežys website were created to enable registration and communication about discounts and mobile plans. New version of “Mano Ežys” app sends push notifications about account balance. Ežys visa was moved into mobile devices also customer service tools were upgraded. Baltic Amadeus design team created sitemap and design oriented to self-service functions and user experience. Team met the main project goal to create new, functional and convenient Mano Ežys application for iOS and Android platforms.
